Weight loss Update (February 7th, 2021)

I am currently on a fast, sitting at 207lbs. My experience with fasting will improve my progress documenting this matrix I'm working on.

My only meal of the day (February 8th, 2021)

One can of chickpeas

1 pack of mini tomatoes
chopped onions
chopped carrots and celery
Chili pepper

I graduated from sketches to Visio. I started something called the "Motive Matrix." Shout-out to Mr. Epoch for inspiring the name. Basically I begin to define the motive to consume.
